After a successful order, please make an Import Permit according to your country. Here is a link that can help you easily get your Permit. Making an Import Permit is only needed once, and you can order with the same Permit for the next.

  1. Order process usually on 2-3 weeks (starting from an export document – laboratory checking – preparing the plants – phytosanitary – shipping).
  2. Shipping time only needs less than a week to arrive.
  3. We send the package from the initial order with a delivery capacity of 70-80 boxes per week.
  4. The seller provides Phytosanitary and prices of $24 are automatically added while checking out.
  5. The seller is responsible for inspection in Indonesia. after the package is sent, all inspections in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  6. The buyer is required to provide shipping instructions to comply with the regulations of the destination country.
  7. If it does not give instructions then the seller will use the usual standards and the buyer has no right to sue if a problem occurs.
  8. Order cancellations cannot be processed after 1 day after the order has been made.
  9. If the plants sent are damaged or rotten, it’s totally caused by wrong placement during the trip, we will resend all dead plants, or a 50% max replacement money will be carried out and the shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  10. Resend is also eligible for those who have enough proof of damages and can only be done if all the requirements are met. There will be a $45 shipping fee for the resend, please contact us for more information.
  11. All forms of taxes and inspection fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  12. Every shipment made will be carried out by a laboratory test by the Indonesian plant quarantine agency. So consumers must wait for checking to finish.
